I came in for an eye exam on 5/9 and received the best care from Dr.Vo and her staff! All my concerns were addressed and I really felt taken care of here. The office was super clean and I will be coming back for my contact training!

If I could give Dr. Vo and her team on S. Rainbow a million stars I would. I have had wonderful experiences with Dr. Vo and her team many times but there is one that I absolutely must share. I had surgery at a local hospital, a hysterectomy back in June. I left the hospital with what I believed could possibly be a scratched cornea. I tried to have it addressed before they sent me home that day but they just weren't taking me seriously. I needed to see Dr. Vo. We drove to her S. Rainbow location right after I was discharged from the hospital. I walked in looking like I had been through war, crying, sensitive, in excruciating pain with a makeshift patch on that eye. I did not have an appointment. Dr. Vo dropped everything to administer care to me as did her whole team. Dr. examined me, talked to me, and above all comforted me and let me fall apart with dignity. I did indeed have a scratched cornea. Dr. Vo provided directions and insisted on a follow up visit. I followed all directives and returned to her loving care a couple of days later for follow up. I was on the mend and looking good. The compassion, warmth, and generosity that I was shown by Dr. Vo and her team is something I will never forget. Dr. Vo is truly one of a kind. As long as she is in practice I will never go to anyone else. I have so much love and respect for her and her team and will never forget what they did for me.

I had a great experience at Visionworks. The doctor was very helpful and took the time to explain everything clearly during my exam. The eye technician was also very knowledgeable and made the whole process smooth and comfortable. The lady who helped me choose my glasses was amazing as well. She was patient, friendly, and helped me find the perfect pair. Overall, the service here was excellent. I would definitely recommend Visionworks to anyone looking for quality eye care and great customer service!
